On May 23, 2026, a delegation led by Mr. Ma Cheng, Member of the Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base in Ningxia (Ningdong Base), visited Zhejiang Ruizhi Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Ruizhi Group) for inspection and exchange. Mr. Xue Kuanrong, Chairman of Ruizhi Group, led the senior management team in warmly receiving the delegation, and the two sides held in-depth discussions on topics including industrial synergy, technical cooperation, pilot-scale commercialization, and green development.

At the symposium, Director Ma and his delegation introduced in detail Ningdong Base's development achievements, strategic positioning, resource characteristics, and industry-chain layout. They emphasized that the coal-chemical enterprises within the base are have abundant feedstock resources, which highly complement the process-technology strengths of Zhejiang Zonepic Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZONEPIC), a Ruizhi Group subsidiary, and that broad prospects exist for jointly expanding into the high-end new-materials field.

Based on a high degree of recognition of ZONEPIC's technologies, Director Ma expressed a strong willingness to deepen cooperation and invited the Ruizhi and ZONEPIC teams to pay a return visit to Ningdong, where a dedicated technology promotion conference will be organized to facilitate in-depth exchanges with interested enterprises. On cooperation models, the two sides may boldly explore and establish a diversified cooperation system - for example, jointly building pilot units and strengthening collaboration on specialized petrochemical equipment. At the same time, he hoped ZONEPIC could provide professional consulting and support for the base's overall planning and development.

As a nationally important energy base, a national demonstration zone for industrial transformation and upgrading, and a demonstration zone for modern coal chemical industry, guided by the 15th Five-Year Plan, Ningdong Base is steadily advancing along a path of high-end, diversified, and low-carbon high-quality development of modern coal chemicals.
