Zhejiang Zhirui New Material Co., Ltd. is located in Daishan County Economic Development Zone in Zhoushan National Marine Economic Free Trade Zone, with a total investment of 70 million yuan. The factory covers an area of 20 mu with a total construction area of more than 10,000 square meters. The products include emulsifier, coagulant, compound antioxidant and other chemical excipients. The first phase of the project provides a production capacity of 120,000 tons of auxiliary materials per year, and the second phase provides a production capacity of 180,000 tons of auxiliary materials per year, with a total annual output of 300,000 tons of auxiliary materials.

Antioxidant 618
This product is a new phosphorus auxiliary high-temperature antioxidant, with high available phosphorus content, strong ability to decompose hydroperoxides, and it also has excellent initial coloration, transparency and high-efficiency fluidity. It is used for the production and processing of auxiliaries such as ABS, PS and PP.
Disproportionated rosin potassium soap
The surfactant has good penetrating, wetting, emulsifying, dispersing, solubilizing, foaming, antistatic and lubricating properties.
Compounded liquid antioxidant
It enhances the oxidation resistance of the product, increases the time of oxidation induction period, and improves the performance indexes such as the whiteness of the product.
Compound solid antioxidant
Antioxidant is a kind of chemical substance, when it exists only in small amount in polymer system, it can delay or inhibit the oxidation process of polymer, so as to prevent the aging of polymer and prolong its service life. Also known as "anti-aging agent", it has the addition of lubricants, which can effectively improve the injection pressure and injection speed of plastic products.
Magnesium sulfate solution
It can destroy the stability of colloidal particles in water, reduce the repulsive force between particles, thereby forming fine flocs to achieve solid-liquid separation.
Potassium soap of fatty acids
It has dispersing, solubilizing, foaming, antistatic and lubricating properties.
