Recently, a delegation led by Mr. Hu Lizuo, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Yueqing Municipal Committee and Mayor of Yueqing, visited Zhejiang Ruicheng Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Ruicheng Equipment), a subsidiary of Zhejiang Ruizhi Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Ruizhi Group), for a site visit and discussions. Mr. Xue Kuanliang, actual controller of Ruizhi Group, led the senior management team in warmly receiving the delegation.

The Mayor's delegation successively visited the Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base on Yushan Island, the ZONEPIC new-materials pilot workshop, Baosu Intelligent Manufacturing, Zhirui New Materials, Zhejiang Ruicheng Equipment, and other production sites. They learned in detail about ZONEPIC's kiloton-scale polyolefin elastomer (POE) pilot unit built at the Daishan pilot base — together with its supporting metallocene catalyst and specialty polyester facilities — and their installation and operation status, and heard briefings on the production and operation of each manufacturing company.

Subsequently, the government and enterprise held a symposium at Zhejiang Ruicheng Equipment. Mayor Hu Lizuo expressed recognition of the industrial ecosystem built by Ruizhi Group, noting that the on-site inspection deepened his understanding of the company's technical strength and industrial layout. He stated that Ruizhi Group's proposed plan closely matches Yueqing's needs for industrial transformation and upgrading, and is expected to effectively fill the local gap in high-end new-materials supply. Going forward, the two sides should accelerate the establishment of an efficient coordination mechanism and make orderly progress in site allocation, qualification processing, and university linkage, so as to ensure the project is implemented and delivers results at an early date.

Ruizhi Group presented its development history, business model, technological innovation, and industrial layout, and elaborated on its high-performance polymer-application industrial ecosystem of "resources - science-and-technology innovation platform - package technology development - engineering technical services - supply-chain support - application development." It highlighted its implementation plan for an industrial ecosystem built on "research institute + industry showcase center + demonstration project + industrial cluster." The Group proposed that, in Yueqing, it will take the co-building of an Institute of Polymer Modification and New Materials Application as the forerunner, simultaneously construct a demonstration modified-materials plant, and gradually incubate a cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises - helping local traditional industries in Yueqing leap toward high-end development.

Through this exchange, the two sides reached consensus on the core development model of "technology origination + industrial incubation," and agreed to advance all work under the principle of "refine the plan first, then implement step by step." Relying on Yueqing's strong industrial clusters in electrical appliances and electronics and its favorable business environment, Ruizhi Group will give full play to its comprehensive full-industry-chain advantages, accelerate the implementation of the research institute and demonstration projects, and inject new momentum into Yueqing's high-quality development.
