To further deepen the strategic partnership between the two sides and support the efficient progress of Yulong Petrochemical's industry-chain-extension and high-quality-development initiatives, a delegation of leaders and technical experts — led by Mr. Ya Hongyu, Chief Start-up Advisor of Shandong Yulong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Yulong Petrochemical), and Mr. Zhong Xianghong, Deputy Chief Engineer and Director of Chemical Operations, among others — visited Zhejiang Zonepic Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZONEPIC), a subsidiary of Ruizhi Group, on July 28, 2026, for a dedicated inspection and exchange. Mr. Xue Kuanrong, Chairman and President of Ruizhi Group, accompanied by the company's senior management and technical teams, received the delegation throughout the visit.

The Yulong Petrochemical delegation toured ZONEPIC's R&D system, project case studies, and engineering service framework, and visited ZONEPIC's R&D laboratories, pilot bases, and the sites of several high-end new-materials units including optical-grade PMMA. They gained an in-depth understanding of the company's technical know-how and engineering achievements in core areas such as technology R&D, EPC contracting of petrochemical plants, process design, plant start-up and operation, and full-lifecycle project management.

During the visit, the expert team examined in detail the process layout, equipment configuration, construction progress, and technical commissioning of each unit. ZONEPIC's technical team accompanied the delegation throughout, delivering detailed briefings and answering questions on the technical systems, construction-control standards, and trial-operation plans of each unit. They highlighted the company's accomplishments in process optimization, adaptation of domestically sourced technologies, and overcoming industrialization hurdles for high-end new-materials units — fully demonstrating ZONEPIC's mature engineering capabilities and project-delivery track record in high-end polyolefins and specialty new materials.

In light of Yulong Petrochemical's overall new-materials layout, the two sides held in-depth discussions centered on the three core units inspected during the visit, further refining the details of follow-up cooperation, technical optimization plans, and construction schedules. The expert team fully affirmed ZONEPIC's achievements in engineering design of high-end petrochemical plants, optimization of localized technologies, execution of projects under complex operating conditions, and the construction and operation of new-materials units. They concluded that the company possesses a mature technical system and extensive project experience, and is fully equipped to undertake high-end new-materials projects — laying a solid foundation for the smooth rollout of subsequent joint projects.
